| :The actuators hold at 11.5 PSI so the lag has nothing to with the actuators..... If these actuators did indeed have the 14psi springs, yet they were adjusted to open at 11.5 psi, the wastegates are not going to be preloaded correctly. This will likely cause it to blow open when the exhaust backpressure begins to build, causing the lag that we see here. It doesn't make sense to me that these turbos lag more yet make less power. Normally I would expect more top end power with increased lag.
